This presentation highlights the hallmarks of the Humanistic Management paradigm derived from the global context mental framing and key Drivers that feed into our three stepped approach to Humanistic Management.
Following the global context, the mental framing as a precondition for Humanistic Management is drawn from the insight that all business is based on human interaction. Hence, all business is H2H, Human2Humanbusiness. Second, the presentation takes a look at key drivers that can be developed and deployed in organizations. Those are purpose with legitimacy, passion with integrity and empathy. Third, the management paradigm based on the three-stepped approach to humanistic management we developed at the Humanistic Management Center is depicted in this presentation.
